Sermon clips and full message edits, from this Sunday's recording.
DoneCut edits sermon video for churches. Upload the recording of the message and get back vertical clips for Shorts, Reels and TikTok, a full message edit for YouTube, or both, with captions checked against every word.
Clips are $29 for one, $25 each for 2–5, $22 each for 6–11 and $19 each for 12 or more. A full message edit is $49 for up to 10 minutes of footage, then $3 a minute. You pay half to start and the rest after you've watched it.
A four-minute creator talk, cut into one Short with motion graphics
The brief it was given
“Make one premium 30–45 second vertical Short from my talking-head clip; the other five clips are b-roll you can cut to. Hook in the first 2 seconds. Go big on motion graphics: an animated title, kinetic word-by-word captions, animated stat callouts and icons timed to what I say, smooth punch-ins and transitions, b-roll cutaways, light effects like glows and light leaks, and sound design on every hit. Keep my face clear of graphics.”
A hook that counts
"Why you should shoot in 4K" builds in, and a stat card counts up to 1,000,000,000 watch hours on TVs a day, with the source he quotes, YouTube's CEO, on screen.
A slam on the big number
When he repeats "1 billion watch hours", the frame punches in with a flash and the stat card pulses, so the number lands twice.
B-roll on the point
On "content on televisions" it cuts away to someone watching TV at home, and animated chips name where people watch: families, living rooms, bedrooms.
Show, don't tell
1080p and 4K cards with their real pixel counts, a "4× the detail" badge, and a red stamp on "it's not going to display the best".
A lens snapping into focus
Camera b-roll is held soft and snaps sharp exactly on "sharper", with the words SHARPER and CLEARER animating in.
An end card that loops
"Shoot in 4K" slams in with a light leak, and the cut flows straight back into the opening hook when the Short replays.

What a sermon edit comes back with.
- Clips that stand on their own
- The editor finds moments that make sense without the rest of the message, opens each on its strongest line and keeps it to 90 seconds or less.
- Every word checked
- Captions are checked against the audio word for word. Put the speaker's name, the series and the Scripture references in the notes, spelled the way you want them.
- References on screen as they're read
- Titles and callouts appear on the line they belong to, so the passage reference is on screen while it's being read.
- Reframed to vertical
- Clips come back at 1080×1920 with the speaker kept in frame, whatever shape your recording was.
- The full message, too
- A horizontal edit of the whole message for YouTube, with false starts and long pauses taken out, titles timed to the points, and a master at -14 LUFS.
- The same look every week
- Sign in and save your logo, colors, caption style and standing instructions once. Each week's edit uses them and studies the ones you approved before.

Questions

Can you clip our livestream recording?
Yes, as long as it's a video file such as MP4 or MOV, so download it from your streaming platform first. Every minute of video is priced and one order takes up to 60 minutes, so trim the recording to the message before you upload. That keeps a full service within the limit and the price down.
How many clips should we order from one message?
You choose, from 1 to 20, and the price per clip drops as you order more: $29 for one, $25 each for 2–5, $22 each for 6–11 and $19 each for 12 or more. Each clip includes 5 minutes of footage, so 7 clips cover a 35-minute message with no footage charge; beyond what your clips cover, footage is $3 a minute.
Will names and Scripture references be right?
Captions are checked against the audio word for word. Put the speaker's name, the sermon title and series, and the references you want shown in the notes, spelled the way you want them. You check everything in the watermarked preview, and two rounds of changes are included.
Can we get the full message for YouTube as well?
Yes. Order the full message as a YouTube edit; a 35-minute message is $124. When you approve it, add up to 10 clips at $19 each, cut from the same footage in the same look.
Can every week's clips look the same?
Yes. Sign in and save your logo, colors, caption style and standing instructions once, such as "end every clip on our service times". Every edit after that uses them and studies the ones you already approved.
Who sees our footage?
Your recording and the finished videos are yours. Files are used only to make your edit, never to train AI, and the raw footage is deleted 30 days after delivery.
