Privacy
We collect only what we need to edit your video and get it back to you.
What we collect
- The files you upload and any notes you write about your edit.
- Your email address, which you give at checkout, so we can send your order link and updates.
- Payment details. These are handled by Stripe, and we never see or store your card number.
How we use it
Only to price, edit, deliver and support your order. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your footage to train AI models or for marketing without your permission.
How long we keep it
- Raw footage: deleted 30 days after delivery.
- Unpaid uploads: deleted after 48 hours.
- Order records and receipts: kept as long as tax law requires.
Emails
We only email you about your own orders: the deposit, the preview, and delivery. There's no newsletter and no marketing.
Your choices
To have your files or data deleted sooner, email support@donecut.com from the address on your order.
