Listing videos and Reels, edited from the footage on your phone.
DoneCut edits video for real estate agents. Upload the raw footage of a listing walkthrough, a market update, a neighborhood tour or a quick buyer tip, and get back a finished YouTube video or vertical Reels and Shorts, with captions, titles, music and clean sound.
A YouTube edit is $49 for up to 10 minutes of footage, then $3 a minute. A single Reel is $29. You see the exact price before you pay, pay half to start, and the rest only after you've watched the edit.
Five travel clips, one reel cut to the beat
The brief it was given
“Make one 20–30 s vertical travel reel from these clips. Cut to the beat, smooth transitions, a short bold title, warm color grade.”
A title built on the beat
"Where to next?" appears word by word on the track's opening beats, underlined with a gold brush stroke, then whips away on the drop.
Transitions made from the footage itself
The drop is a real whip pan across the clip, with motion blur, a light-leak flare and a whoosh. No stock transition pack.
Cuts locked to the music
Four hard cuts land on consecutive half-bars of a 122 BPM track: bay, Venice, road, desert.
A speed ramp into the human moment
A 6× speed ramp slams down into the hikers' selfie, the only shot with people's faces, so it hits hardest.
One warm look across five cameras
Five clips shot in different light share one warm grade. The blue mountain road needed the most correction, and the bay kept its turquoise.

What a listing edit comes back with.
- A walkthrough that keeps moving
- Retakes, dead time between rooms and false starts are cut out, so the tour moves from the front door to the backyard without stalling.
- The listing details on screen
- Write the address, price, beds and baths, and your name and brokerage in the notes, exactly as they should read. They go on as titles and lower thirds, and you check each one in the preview.
- Reels for Instagram, TikTok and Shorts
- Vertical edits come back at 1080×1920, up to 90 seconds each, with a hook in the first two seconds and bold word-by-word captions.
- Your voice clear on market updates
- Captions are checked against what you said, word for word. A music bed sits under your voice, and the master is set to -14 LUFS.
- Drone and phone shots in one look
- Clips from different cameras are color-matched, so the drone opener and the phone walkthrough look like the same video.
- Extras from the same shoot
- When you approve the edit, add Reels at $19 each, a thumbnail for $25, or an intro or outro for $39, all cut from the same footage in the same look.

Can I shoot the walkthrough on my phone?
Yes. Phone, camera and drone footage all work, in MP4, MOV and most other common formats, up to 10 GB per file and 25 files per order. Upload the original clips rather than copies sent through a messaging app, and say in the notes which order the rooms should play in.
Will the address and price be right on screen?
Write every detail you want shown in the notes, exactly as it should read: the address, the price, beds and baths, your name and brokerage, and any wording your brokerage requires. Check each one in the watermarked preview before you pay the rest; a wrong digit is a quick fix in your first round of changes. DoneCut doesn't verify listing details or advertising rules for you.
How fast can a new listing video be ready?
Before you pay, you see a live estimate from the real queue. Once an edit starts, our test orders and sample edits so far have taken between 16 minutes and about 1.5 hours, most under 90 minutes. Your order page shows the progress as it goes.
Can one shoot give me a YouTube tour and Reels?
Yes. Order the YouTube edit, and when you approve it, add up to 10 Reels at $19 each, cut from the same footage in the same look. Or order Reels on their own: $29 for one, down to $19 each for 12 or more.
Can I use my own music?
Yes. Upload the track along with your footage. Music, your logo and reference images are free to add; only the video footage is priced. Use a track you have the rights to use.
What if I don't like the edit?
You've only paid half at that point. Two rounds of changes are included: say what to change and where, with timestamps if you can, and a new preview comes back. If an edit can't be delivered at all, your deposit is refunded.
